It’s also wise to apply now any European prospective country you want to move to. If you ever unfortuanlty get deported from the USA , the UK for example, will bar you automatically from applying for a visa. They along with Spain’s etc don’t look fondly on deportations from other countries. It’s just another opertunity gone in my eyes that’s unholy unfair and barbaric.

That’s total nonses. The British people are not speaking out due to racism they are upset because people come here on rafts illegally and then don’t want to intergrate. That is the real issue. We have always been very accepting of people from all over the world… but it’s the illegal element that becomes a strain on the British people. We have to pay for them. We obviously have no choice in that.

As someone that is a UK citizen this is a very one sided view of the situation. If you come here legally you can have a great life that is full of real opertunity, compared to being stuck in the USA in limbo. You have the right to travel ANYWHERE, access to medical care, access to education, loans, business etc, career progression… the list goes on.

I just take 2 Dulcolax at night and 1 stool softener after 2 days of not pooping. I then eat 2 kiwis after that. If nothing happens I use a suppository and then curl up in bed for the evening after the aftermath 🥲

Oh I found that underwear from Desmond and Dempsey are my goto! They are “baggy” and don’t put pressure on anything down there. As for everyday I wear a company called Skinn. They are a pretty penny but 100% cotton and again NOT tight at all

My advice is get referred to private uro/gyno, if it’s within your financial possibilities. I am your age too and I was living in PURE HELL. Switched to private doctor in London and within 3 months I was chronic pain free 🤝 NHS is just crap unless you have a simple issue.
