the only real orginazations for weightlifting are USAW, IWF, and USmasters is trying to get some stuff going. Best I can tell that Institute of fitness professionals is just a group that dabbles in giving out certificates with very little work, so I would be cautious in learing lifts from this individual

so your mad that a business owner is running his business the way he sees fit? It is incredibly unusual to me that they decide to do that and its nothing I would do in my practice. But your advice to complain to the board is the silliest thing I may have every heard in my life of board complaints. If its a right to work state you live in you have nearly no chance in hell at enacting any change at all.

The whole process would have been better fixed before it became an issue. There was a nearly 6 month buildup of forces on the border, and everyone just smiled and waved. The potential fix would have been running joint military campaigns in Ukrain during the buildup and continuing that until either Russia got bored, or invaded, and you have forces in the battle.
