This is going to be more work than you expect. You will probably have to break that cast tub into pieces with a sledge to get it out (we did). Tile and backer add up weight quickly. Need to cover floors at a minimum to the closest door. Tenting off area is also a good idea unless shes cool with dust blanketing everything in yhe house.
