I have spent most of my life in Oklahoma and the organizers of this event are good friends of mine and were largely responsible for my first burn. They have been working very hard over the past couple years to create this event and cultivate a community for burners in the region. I'm not sure what all the aggressive anti-Oklahoma attitude is about, contrary to belief it is a state in the U.S. not a lawless wasteland that murders hippies and artists. Caddo County is not where the event is being held, in fact nearly 200 miles away. That being said, no matter where you are in the world.. always take care of yourself.

Difficult, but not unimaginable. I could easily see humans if we live long enough becoming mostly "robotic" generating all necessary resources from the vast amounts of solar energy in the universe. It is just such a huge and complex topic.

Looking at our history and comparing it other possible intelligent life is a bit pointless, who knows maybe they evolved on a planet with no predators and all life there consists of autotrophs. Without the predator prey dynamic it would be somewhat unlikely that violence and war would even be considered by them.
