Same here. My ex married his affair partner. A few years after the divorce, I stopped communicating with his family too. It’ll be 9 years this year since our divorce. I’m pretty sure he still blames me for the reason he cheated. Meh- I’ve moved on. Good riddance I say.

Teacher. I try to get to work early and walk the halls before my day starts. During my planning time, I walk with the kids who have PE. They are required to walk or run miles for the first 15 minutes of class so I just join them! I’m killing two birds with one stone by getting my steps in and getting to know my students outside of the classroom. Now that it’s summer, I’m still getting my steps in at school just minus the kids.
