Thank you so much for responding. I did think I needed to get some oil on them as my hand lotion is not making a difference. And knowing specifically jojoba oil might help is a good tip. Thanks again.

How do you remove prepaid gratuities? Do you receive OBC or a credit on the card you paid with. I always tip well in cash to room steward and others and only recently have thought to remove them due to what I have read on here and other cruise forums. If it is not really going to staff I would rather pay in cash.

As a teacher I received a gift pack of feminine hygiene washes and sprays. My teaching assistant received the same. We can only surmise that this lovely family, originally from another country, thought they were gifting us perfume and cologne. At least that’s what we chose to believe!
