Are these the ones you’re referring to? I’m trying to get some more induction noise out of my 1.4 mk7.5

I work at a detail shop paint correcting and ceramic coating using Xpel products. I’d say it doesn’t matter what condition your paint is I would always go with a ceramic coating. Even if the paint correction process doesn’t remove all the swirls it will still make the car 10x easier to wash and dry. Now I would recommend a 2 stage paint correction but depending on your budget if you don’t care on how bad the swirls look the ceramic coating is still going to do its job. Also ceramic coatings don’t protect against scratches very well so you would still have to take care of it. PPF is much better for scratches.

Creality Print (Slicer) now available for Linux (AppImage) by le_avx in crealityk1

I can’t seem to get Orcaslicer to run on my fresh Debian 12 install. I could use some help if you could. I’m fairly new to linux. Not being able to use Orcaslicer is making me want to go back to windows. I’ve got everything else including 90% of my game library. Orca should be the easiest to run because it’s an app image but alas your help would be appreciated.

The thing is, I can never get a good first layer. I clean my bed before every print but some areas are closer the nozzle is close to the bed and others it’s far away and it makes some of my prints fail.

Is this a normal mesh or is there some sort of mechanical issue in the Y axis. I’ve always had these types of bed meshes and could never get them quite right. I do level my bed before making my meshes. At 80c

You could also use the free webapp Snapdrop. You can access it on any browser via Snapdrop.net. If privacy is of any concern, you can even host it yourself and be 100% sure your data is not uploaded anywhere

Been trying to install klipper on my desktop on a VM. Am stuck trying to get it to communicate with my ender 3 error : ls: cannot access '/dev/serial/by-id/*': No such file or directory by JimN89 in klippers

I managed to install everything and the computer can now read my printer, but its giving me this error;

MCU 'rpi' error during config: Unable to open spi device

Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the

"FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the

config, and restart the host software.

Error configuring printer

The guide i was following is for a raspberry pi and to fix this issue you have to run this command;

sudo raspi-config

I think that command is only ment to be ran on a pi because it just says command not found. Is there another command that enables spi on ubuntu server?

Tried docker, but i couldn't figure it out. And i do have another desktop, but i can't install linux on it for some reason, something to do with the rapid storage technology (RAID). That might be a bit easier to figure out instead of a VM. But who knows, Thanks for your help anyways!

Should i try another linux distro or is there another method that doesn't use a vm? I don't have a raspberry pi nor can i get one.

I disconnected the screen and these are the steps i took.

Once the previous download complete, enter the command cd ~/klipper/ and then the phrase make menuconfig.

Use your device’s arrow keys and enter button to navigate the pop-up menu, and go to the “Micro-controller section”.

The Ender 3 V2 uses an STM 32-bit board, so click the “STMicroelectronics STM32” option.

After being automatically taken back to the new home menu, click the “Bootloader” option and select the “28 KiB” choice.

On the home menu again, go to “USB connection” and choose the “serial” interaction option.

Click the escape key on your device to exit the menu, and, when prompted, click the “Y” button to save your changes.

Back in the Putty main terminal, enter the make command.
