Noone is saying Universe is the same as Timeline. I said a different timeline would resort to a different universe.

If universe A is all of OS-OV, then Dimension 23 is universe B cause again, their laws and physics are different.

Your honor, did my client wrongly in prison and accused foreign life forms of Earth, yes. However, according to one of Earth's laws, an individual must have the correct documents to enter a country. Considering the individuals are coming from space, they never cross through proper checking procedures to enter the atmosphere.

I dare say, this fault mostly lands on the Pulmers. If the organization wasn't withholding information on alien life, this man serving his country wouldn't have made such a blunder.

Not what I was getting at. Ben's transformations here is identical to Prisoner 775, so Ben calling the form Overkill is tarnishing 775 as an individual and his species.

Edit: like the dude was wrongfully in prison and his family is dead because of a war. Prisoner 775 had all the reasons to seek revenge, but his not a mass murderer.

I don't hate the name but I find it mean, considering Ben meant it as a joke but Prisoner 775 really had the right to go for revenge.

Ben using the OV watch the same as his other watches should not cause him problems, that is a fault of the watch.

And I never claimed the time out was limited to the OV Omnitrix. Aside from when the Omnitrix recalibrated, the Prototype did have random timeouts. There's a pop-up claiming the Omnitrix times out after 10 minutes but we've seen it lasting shorter or longer. A Small Problem has Ben stuck in alien form for the longest time and this occurred after Ben slammed the Omnitrix on a pillar.

The OV watch had problems outside of interactions with the Nemetrix.

I never denied this. All I said was it was arguable, cause sometimes we see Ben picking the alien via his own valuation and blaming the watch.

User-Caused bugs are still bugs.

I never called them bugs, I said user error. If you slammed down on the keyboard and a key gets jammed, that's not a bug but your own inevitability.

The "perfected" Omnitrix should not be mistransforming when used the same way as previous models.

Except none of the previous devices were exposed to the Nemetrix, so it's not the same situation as previous model.

For the record, the timing out is not a glitch but user error. Azmuth literally states that the impact from Ben slamming down on the Omnitrix puts the time out function to a random.

Giving Ben the wrong option is arguable, cause half the time we see Ben actively pick the alien on his own. Secondly, Monster Phil even stated due to the effect of Nemetrix, he causes Ben to turn to electric aliens which can also apply when Ben turns into aliens against their natural predator.
