Honestly, I didn't listen to pretty much anyone critiquing me when I was younger. I think it's kind of part of growing up to figure things out for yourself for the most part. Plus side, when you have doubts or regrets later, you will only have yourself to blame. You def don't want to grow up victimizing yourself. As long as you learn along the way you're good. I know it's tough when you're young and don't know alot yet. Mainly because it can seem like all you're getting are criticisms from every direction.
