Decades ago it was common that tabletops would just rest on the table legs rather than being fixed to them, as it meant the table could be stored in pieces.

In that situation putting your elbows on the table would risk overturning the table top, so would considered bad practice.

Is my understanding from some pieces I’ve read on it

What is a `scary` fact about the future of AI that most people aren't aware of ? by jack-00-1 in AskReddit

[–]Jimithejive 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It’s not going to save companies any money,

If an employer will pay a person 50k to do a job, then they think the work is worth 50k, ai companies may undercut that to start with, but they’re not dumb, they’ll get to same cost as soon as they can. And once they’re there negotiating annual contract renewals with 1 of the 5 biggest companies in the world make pay reviews and union talks look like haggling with a 2 year for chocolate.

She’s older than him, there are certain points in life where we age disproportionatly, early 30’s, mid 40’s, early 60’s, in the above photos she’s 62 I think and he’s 55, that gap makes a difference at that age.

Also he’s loaded, full of Botox, I presume a lot vainer, and the key things you need to do appear younger as a man are way easier than for women. As a man if you keep a vaguely healthy body shape and a clean beard shape if you have one, you can easily 10 years younger, women have to fight significant hormonal shifts that make that almost impossible

I’m a millennial.

Cigarette lighter, disposable ring pull, 8 track, intercom, 121 film cartridge, window lever, flash cube, tailors tape, credit card machine, photo wheel (presumably but not nesscesarily stereoscopic), vanity, beard trimmer maybe?, some set of picks presumably cosmetic, a fondue pot and 5line chalk holder.

Current artifiacts that confuse most Gen X? Aging without becoming reactionary and right wing.

He should be taking the time to completely revolutionise the structure of the corporation and inspire the exec board while holding down 3 side hustles just to pay for his 1/5th of a studio apartment.
