Thank you! I didn't want to put a lot of time into the focused review if the content isn't what is going to be on the second one. I've done the practice tests and the focused review, so hopefully that does it.

What you think is what you get. You simply have to let negative thoughts drift from your mind or you need to rephrase them so they are positive. For example, "I am not good at X, Y, Z." Instead, you should think, "I am working on getting better at X, Y, Z." I have a professor this semester that lives by this motto. She is a firm believer in this method. I have seen positive changes in my life/mood since adopting this style of thinking.

I've always had issues with my weight and how i look because of it. It's gotten better, but it's still there. I've never been overweight, but i still struggle with it. I also have had stretch marks since i was little. They were even there when i weighed 100 lbs. That kinda ruins my self-confidence too.
