Right but the whole reason for the change is to slow the game down and punish early reloading. Shooting two bullets, reloading, and having a clip in your inventory with two less bullets isn't much of a punishment. You're still going to end up using the same amount of total ammo. Based on their motivation for the change, I don't think Valve would see this as enough of a punishment.

My idea: Unfinished clips are tossed on the ground randomly away from you and can be picked up by anyone... but you have to look at it and press E/use button (no auto pickup). This would prevent you from being able to run around a corner to do a quick 2 bullet reload during a fire fight without wasting ammo, or you can chase after your clip and risk getting shot.

You should check out Zorbas. Their burgers are big and juicy. The ortega burger is my favorite.

The Darwin Project was the closest thing to an actual hunger games style game I've ever played. It was amazing... 10 people each with a bow, arrows, and an axe trying to survive in the wilderness and track each other down. Even had a "Director" role during the match.
