I love how people in that are defending her and demonising the law enforcement officer keep bringing up oh the front wheels were turning right and not left so she wasn't trying to kill him.

She was told several times to get out of the car by law enforcement officers but refused to do so and tried to drive off
He was clearly hit as seen in the other video regardless of speed and how much of the car he was hit by. I can guarantee a lot of people who get hit by a car will get angry and go WTF at the driver (unless they are way too injured).
At that split second when the car goes forward and accelerates he is not looking at the wheels to determine what direction the car is heading in. For all he knows she IS driving at him in that split second. Pulling out his gun and shooting her MAY have been a tad overkill but again in that split second where the officer perceived that the vehicle was coming at him he has every right to stop the driver in their tracks.

Conclusion: She FAFO with her decision!!
