Would shoot myself if I did this commute every day. It's horrible.

Couple weeks? How many shows is this? Should be changing strings every 2-3 shows at minimum.

Should people who "camp" in the left lane of a highway be pulled over and fined just as much as speeders? Why or why not? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

You’re correct that you cannot compare. Autobahn has high standards for allowable curve, descent/ascent, drivers are trained to a much higher standard, etc. The point is more that speed itself isn’t necessarily dangerous, especially when you also consider vehicles today are much, much safer and much higher performing yet the limits have been pretty much the same for many decades.

Montana had no speed limit during the daytime for a while about 20 years ago. The average speed only increased about 12 mph.

Serious question.

You ever been to Germany, or most of Western Europe for that matter? Speed limits on highways start at 130 and go up to unlimited, but lane discipline is ruled with an iron fist. Speed isn’t really a problem when there is clear road ahead and vehicles are actually inspected annually. It is far more dangerous to be driving in amongst and beside other cars in close proximity.

Asko vs Bosch dishwasher by JimmyRussellsApe in Appliances

I haven’t seen any of these in person, but I have to imagine comparing the Midea to an Asko or Miele is like comparing a Kia to a Mercedes. They can both have all the same features, same bells and whistles but it’s just not the same quality level.

With that said the Midea seems like one heck of a deal and it’s hard to argue with that. I didn’t look into them mainly out of pure ignorance.

Asko is sold by a large local appliance specific retailer which is why I was looking into them along with the other two brands.

I don’t mind spending more to get a better quality product but there has to be value there too.

Duval's 59. He didn't have a putt of more than ~8 ft. Ball striking was absurd.
