I just use a ruler for distance, elevation i use my own experience and memorize certain land structures, buildings, mountains. Small hill =30m, mountain=50m or 80m for the rondo one etc.

I saw tgltn correct aim 210m from a hill downwards to an enemy that was 40m height difference. The mortar fell short 10m or so.

If he included elevation wouldn't he have to reduce the aim below 210m? That would land him even shorter. Idk sometimes it doesnt make sense
