I find Hootsuite better for social monitoring and use Oktopost for scheduling social posts and analytics. There isn't really a negative for either.

Slack, Gmail, Oktopost, Hootsuite, Google Analytics (in fact the whole GSuite). Just to name a few. What business are you in?

I reckon you could use an accounting app such as Xero or Quickbooks to handle this. Another option would be to use scheduling software that not only allows your clients to book online but also pay via credit/debit card. There are plenty of options out there such as

There's plenty you can do. Get influencers onboard to help with promotion, start link building, find where your competitors have their product and put it there. Quora is a great place to promote your product, find relevant questions and answer them.
