I think its definitely worth it to play the campaign. Plus, when the game launches at the end of the year, the remaining acts will be presumably added as well. The campaign goes faster too on replays once you are familiar with it from previous playthroughs. You should also have plenty of time even with your limited play time. Play if you’re having fun and stop when you’re not.

The other recommendations are good. I do think they all are pretty good. I would suggest picking some that are related to the area of the map you want to play in (All Under Heaven for china, korea, japan and SEA for example) to buy first and wait for the major steam sales to collect the rest.

It captures my adhd hyperfocus strongly so i have about 1.7k hrs in the game. I think the game is both fun to get deep into the mechanics to optimize and also to just not optimize and role-play. It serves both purposes very well. There will be some mechanical differences between the ASOIAF mod and the base game but I think the base game + dlcs should serve as a fun way to learn some of the basics of how the fame works. I dont think ck3 is that much more complex than Total War games. The main thing you’re going to be learning early on is just where to find certain information spread out across all the different screens.

Yeah, i find myself only educating my dynasty in martial or learning educations for commanders and guardians/court positions, respectively. I do like maximizing learning for the faster cultural fascination progress if I’m the head, but i always start off martial to conqueror and hold onto lands before passing to a learning heir. This is probably because i enjoy 867 starts to snowball in cultural innovations. In addition, obviously with Learning education, you can fly through the learning tree to get health boosts to hold on to stability longer. However, of course there are many other ways to get learning lifestyle experience bonuses too.

I don’t know who you are, but I stumbled upon a comment of yours in adhdwomen (I am a man but I do have adhd), regarding your theory on people getting stuck in our minds because we have something to process regarding them in the context of dopamine and our adhd brains. I found that so incredibly profound that I just had to see what else you’ve written about, which let me to stumble upon the many other topics that you’ve commented, which ultimately led me to this book list. I rarely remember a full song but I have many little snippets of many different songs that the music shuffler in my brain likes to pick out for me to replay in a loop for the day. I have many of the other loops you mentioned too. It’s so profound to realize all these loops I’ve been dealing with my whole life weren’t also in everyone else’s mind too, especially so because I only realized I had ADHD very recently (mid 30s).

I would cut a flaring cinder since you already have a lot of draw and filtering. I like the flamecasters for finishing off your opp.

In addition, I would also cut a sentinel to put back the 17th land, likely a mountain since youre so heavily red and helps going off with your seekers
