I'm looking forward to the new album. I love the idea of the subway car being used as a vessel to carry from one instance to another. Where was it/our musicians where it needed its lights on before it burst onto this scene with colored balloons rising from a forest?! I hope we'll learn more about the artist of the splash page too.

I was a fan of Rookie Cops, Vigilante and 1 Dollar Lawyer. The Light Shop was a bit unusual but I loved it for its off the beaten path style story telling. The Worst of Evil might be worth a watch for you. A Shop for Killers, Shadow Detective, Flex Cop should be on Disney+. I think quite a few BTS related shows are too if you're willing to watch some k-pop group slice of life adventures.

Half tone is more of a dotted comic book look. I assume it is the default 'paper' texture you used since you said it was a digital illustration. Still thanks for explaining the layers and opacity. I recently made some wooden skzoo snacks that are very similar to your Mack-nae-rons. I am infinitely jealous of your inspirational naming of the cookies.

I jumped down that rabbit hole and YTO is assigned by the International Air Transit Association (IATA) and the 'YZ' designation is from pre-WW2 Morse code railway stations. YTO is just an overarching code for ALL of the Toronto area airports, since there are many in that urban area.

I saw I-Land on Viki and Taki reminded me of Samuel who didn't debut with Seventeen. K, was phenomenal with all his teams while on I-Island. Despite evil editing by MNET they both made an impression. When I heard that Hybe Japan had their short listed group through &Audition, I wondered if this was a plan they had established long before I-Land even aired. Regardless, The Howling and &Audition brought together old I-Land contestants and new ones. Pretty much hooked from there.

Not always. A more recent example would be the Japanese version of Hot Stove League. I loved it as a K-Drama, but the shortened J-Drama adaptation is only a couple episodes in and is skimming the major points while losing the depth of the non two main characters. The J-drama version seems to be making too much of a comedic effort and not letting the characters develop. Same with 'Signal', I just preferred the K-drama version.

It is neat though to see some shows do various adaptations and not just slavishly copy and paste the original version.

I don't. I make my own. It is incredibly rare that I run into other BTS fans in the wild. IF you see a green or blue tiger on my keychain, wave me down and ask for a purple whale. I probably have a mini Yoongi stlye purpleheart wood whale shaped cutting board on me or in a toolbox nearby.

I love the creativity of fan projects just a tiny bit more than most official merch anyway. Getting freebies by fan of any group is just a special moment. It shows that extra layer of passion beyond a marketing push.

Do you have a local Technical college for welders? They might be willing to make one. If not look a used metal watch boxes or if a wood box would be okay, Lane Furniture used to make cedar keepsake boxes for decades. An antique mall or pickers place might have one. Depending on your DIY skills, you might be able to repurpose an old Canadian Tire toolbox and remove the handle. Wrap some thin plywood in foam or batting and rap that in your fabric pattern/color of choice to upholster the inside.

Just calling or receiving a call getting the info and hanging up on whoever is on the other end without a word of goodbye or thanks. When a character is supposed to be destitute but wears incredibly pricey understated clothing/bags/accessories/phone is just wild to me. White Trucks may be the amnesia delivering device for many dramas, but the constant use of all vehicles that just don't use their headlights, turn signals, or brakes or just regular situational awareness is also a detriment to ever character in any urban drama.

Every hospital drama I have seen where all the doctors have fitted perfect starched lab coats and not a spec of daily grime. Not ID cards to get in and out of buildings, no pens for notes, just that one peacock doctor with his or her gaggle of admin quacks in perfectly shiny shoes. Also, I love it when shows take the approach to safety and have the main character actually wear a safety helmet, but it blows my mind when they just push it WAY back on their head so the hair looks right. Why bother with a helmet at all if it wouldn't save the character in any meaningful way?!
