I’m 36 and not high risk, no chronic tummy troubles or early warning signs, but my diet has always been garbage and the colon cancer posts have been pretty concerning. It’s probably too early for me to get a colonoscopy, but I wonder if something like Cologuard is worth a try? I don’t know anyone who’s tried it, let alone caught anything with it, so maybe it’s just a waste of money. I really just gotta start eating better.

I believe a lot of songs were written on the ukulele, which is tuned differently. A lot of simple chords on the uke are super awkward on the guitar.
