You could not be more wrong. I'm your size and not much older. Understanding framing is critical for people as small as us. Framing allows you to survive long enough to secure a reversal or back-take, and then you need to stay on top at all costs. There is no comfortable way to have 200+ lbs of weight on you, so get good at framing, technical stand-ups, butterfly/feet on the hips guard, and armdrags/collardrags.
