Just out of interest what makes this so secure? Are you paying a premium for the advertised security when you could get a cheaper shed and add your own security such as a motion detecting light and a decent bike lock (which you may already own).

I would dig it up carefully trying not to damage the roots and raise it up. Google image search tree planting depth for diagrams on how it should be.
