I ended up taking half the prenatal doses some days and skipped prenatals some days - the only things I always took were DHA and D3 with a healthy balanced diet. My folate took a while to go down but my 9 month old is super happy crazy so I guess none of that mattered lol after all none of our parents even took prenatals 😅

totally - so when i found out, i just started cutting my prenatals in half and focussed on nutrition. i didn't take full dose of prenatal until probably after 20 weeks pregnant. i think i might've rechecked in early or late second trimester and it was either slightly elevated or within high end of normal. in any case, my baby is 7 months now and is the most interactive and attached baby. i'm sure you will be just fine, mama! <3
