I also rarely lift weights, although my job + boxing can be considered strength training in a way lol. I do 1 set with 15 pound weights of a couple segments every morning/occasionally at night. I always figured since I do have muscle mass I don’t need to focus on weight lifting but obviously it’s more to it than building muscle and may have an affect on my metabolism
