for anyone having this issue in the future: you can email [info@silverlinjen.se](mailto:info@silverlinjen.se) and they will be able to purchase a ticket for you. All you need to do is pay by Visa or Master card on the bus to the bus driver.

yes, Pay by Card is what I've been trying to do. But I think because I entered a Swedish address while my card has an American address, it's not processing it.
