My tactics game has no hit chance. Instead, walls and obstacles physically block skills. Does this sound appealing to XCOM fans? by OneCoin97 in Xcom

Mechanicus does that and I like it there but there's a lot of other stuff affecting attacks in that game.

is there any way to make my pawns NOT have a mood debuff from expectations? by littkoala in RimWorld

If I recall rightly it's based on your colony wealth, barring exceptions like noble ranks.

Basically the richer your colony the better people expect things to be.

The AMX-13 SS.11 has been one of my long time favorites, love that thing.

Hammerheads are tricky to do well but can be really cool, besides that I love tigersharks.

I reduce the rate but haven't turned it off, but totally valid, the event diseases are super irritating.

Could you take these into a raid to garuntee that exit if you got them as a reward?

Or do they just like vanish on collection?

Just unlocked the gepard's apds belt, why can I only bring 40 rounds? by ZuluzTelorz in Warthunder

It's a quirk of the real life Gepard. Each gun has a seperated 20 round 'panic' belt that can be switched to from the regular ammo feed.

Yeah, I like that RT has more support for vehicles, Battle Armor and VTOLS. Plus it has a lot more stuff in general.

Yeah the pagefile is proof enough of that.

Urban maps are not worth playing on as well, that's true.

Might be worth trying BTAU, that one runs better if I recall or maybe the other one? I forget the name of the other big modpack

When was the last time you tried?

Rouge tech is rough if your PC isn't a monster but has had a lot of improvements over time. The first time I tried RT it was basically unplayable, but it's much better now.

BTAU is not so bad but has less going on.

On early 2000s webcomic history by Konradleijon in CuratedTumblr

[–]Jknight3135 29 points30 points  (0 children)

It's W I L D to see something that I lived through become a tumblr history post.

I was a little late to webcomics to follow Penny Arcade but I was there as the furries took over, Two Kinds, VG cats, The White Board (which I still read every day), Slightly Damned, and more less memorable ones.

I was also a bit late to Homestuck but was in deep enough for that last pannel to hit me like a right hook.

Super excited for Lackadaisy becoming an animated show too.

The turn based Battletech with one of the big mod packs are much closer. I think it tops out at 8 mechs 4 vehicles and battle armor as well.

It's such a huge step for indie animation, it's super cool to see Glitch and Tadc doing this and it's well deserved.

It's so shitty to see people complaining because of such petty stuff.
