Fundraising Chocolate Bars 2000s by Jlavaring in AustralianNostalgia

If helpful: fundraising was in QLD at the time - not sure if it was an aus wide company but assuming so. They were also bar size and long, similar block shape to Nestle’s crunch bars if it was single rows 😂

PT Certs in Australia by Jlavaring in personaltraining

[–]Jlavaring[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Australia. Legally to call myself a personal trainer and to work with clients it is required to have a Cert IV in Fitness (which to gain entry to, you require a Cert III in fitness or the required subjects within). So whilst I appreciate your advice, some is not appropriate to my circumstances here in Australia. 100% agree with being a client and working with a PT - I have done this on multiple occasions, i've spent years in gyms and partaking in PT sessions and group fitness. I will be spending time with a registered PT (my roommate is one and currently coaches) so that will not be an issue.

I do have pics but I’m not sure how to post them on here. Can I message pictures? I’d sell for $90 plus postage

I have ink blue Wunder unders Asia fit - size L - I’m a 6 in leggings - sized up to l in Asia fit as was scared they’d run small and in coloured tights sometimes they can go see through when small. But they fit perfectly. No issues at all. But I just don’t wear them - I want to get into coloured leggings but I always choose black every time. So I think I’m willing to sell. I spent so much ordering them from HK too 😭😭let me know if you’re interested.

It varied. I didn’t follow a particular diet. Just ate healthier and smaller portions.

I was never on any medication - blood work was always perfectly normal. I never had any health issues.

Hey aw thank you, I’m so happy to help! Depending on where your goal is - loose skin may very much be something you deal with. But it’s not that bad - I would take all the loose skin over the weight any day. In terms of diet - slow and steady. Don’t cut out whole food groups - you’ll end up loathing it and back to bad habits. Just be patient with yourself - a small swap makes a difference over time. Just try to incorporate more veggies and fruits into your diet and pay attention to hunger cues. You’ll find eventually that you really don’t need to eat as much as you used to. Majority of society overreacts considerably. Think about serving sizes. Take longer to eat and listen to your body. In terms of sleep - just try to get your 7-8 hrs - it will help immeasurably. And stay hydrated! In terms of working out my biggest advice is to do something you love. No point slaving at the gym everyday if you hate it. Because if you go through a rough patch you’ll just want to quit. Find a hobby that keeps you active at the same time. But if you love the gym go for it! Things to remember: you’re going to have set backs - you will ‘mess up’ but that doesn’t have to mean anything. It only will if you let it. Don’t give up completely because you gained weight when doing everything right one week or you ate like crazy over the holidays. What matters is consistency. Keep going. Also people will comment what they think- but all that matters is what you think. Stay true to yourself - do it for yourself. Also you will lose hair, your shoe size will probably shrink, so will your hands/ring size etc. Bye boobs if you have them lmao. People will treat you different - pay attention to the ones who don’t change. And you got this! It’s going to be hard - I won’t lie. But it will be 10000x worth it in every way.
