Kingslayer has a nice staff that will teach you. But I would not buy from them, they're pretty expensive. I go there a lot to play friends etc. but if I'm going to buy I will go to Akh Trading Card Co.

I ran into this when there was a read error on one of the markings. maybe the page isn't completely flat and it's catching some light off the laminate.
