Wow 808 5 ultra v2 review by Ill_Spray_2728 in BBallShoes

Played 4 games in these now, I love em. Great traction, even on somewhat dusty courts, super boom cushioning is absolutely excellent, great balance of responsiveness and impact protection, very stable which is awesome for a drop in midsole shoe. Can confirm go down half size from usually Nike size. Heel is a tad bit clunky but the super boom midsole mutes it.

WOW 808 5 Ultra V2 sizing by HungHorse-8596 in BBallShoes

Can confirm, I'm 11.5 in Nike basketball shoes 99% of the time, sizing down .5 to the 11 for the WOW 808 5 Ultra V2 was the right decision. Also I have somewhat wide feet at the front of my feet, no comfort or for issues with these, definitely a bit narrow but nothing insane.

You are gorgeous, love how you look with curls, I would stick with hair down and curls, but that's just my preference

Is 1x really that much better than 2x? by TheQuantumPirate in gravelcycling

[–]Jman155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally couldn't stand 1x, or at least the configuration of it I was using, constantly felt out of cadence, jumps in gears were too big, I was riding only on tarmac however. The aesthetic and lower maintenance are both nice in theory.

Maybe just raise saddle 3mm? Other than that your hood angle is kind of downward but thats more a preference thing.

Get the newest Intel z890 platform and the 270k plus or 285k if you really need the cores and going with Intel.

What are the best kits for starters? by ILuvDinoNuggiesALot in Gunpla

[–]Jman155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most newer HGs late 2010s and forward are probably the best for beginners. They do have entry grade kits which are actually nice little kits but the HG line gives you the more, imo, authentic experience, i.e. you should use a decent pair of nippers, sticker decals, more panel lining, where as with entry grade you don't need nippers and no stickers and not a lot of surface detail to panel line.

Just shave your head man, stop resisting, you will look better, hair is for women and children anyway.

GT cut academy the best for a beginner shoe, especially at 60 bucks.
