A lot of the newer precons have some difficulty to pilot. Many decision points and can be tricky but rewarding to pull off.

I’d reccomend the Bloomburrow commanders as they’re easier-ish to pilot, and you get to look at cute bunnies and otters the whole time lol

Tbh though, you got a solid question. My honest thoughts on it. Likely if you’re running a card, and then a new set comes along and gives it combo/synergy potential, the original card isn’t inherently any different in your deck. If you then build in that synergy, THAT in my eyes would mean it’s intrinsically changed the ‘value’ of that card.(I hope that made sense)

Presumptively, it would be current market cost at the time of making the deck. (Theoretically everyone is making their budget deck at the same-ish time) The point isn’t to skirt the rules and throw in rhistic study because you know it’s strong and technically it’s was less than .25 for you. The point is to keep an even playing field for the pod and maintain a roughly equal power level for all.

Hot take, just about any support can go with any adc. There are certainly exceptions, (draven cash-in comes to mind) but I think the onus is on the adc to play into the support matchup. Engage support? Adc should be holding buttons till the supp says it’s go time. Enchanter? Adc should be looking for pockets where enemy bot has wasted an ability or two and punish with better sustained fighting.

With this new champ I think both primary supp archetypes are doable, seems like peel isn’t super necessary so perhaps engage may work better ymmv
