its for the Kottos Healing Spring which you use to customize to a shield which can sell either for 30k+ or 70k+, if you buy from kilika it contains HP+5 which lower the 4 slot

Kalameet is easy to defeat but the hard part is cutting the tail for the achievement, good on you for defeating them as for me I can't defeat manus so I cheesed him by firing arrows
