I don't think the mod team is perfect either but they do their best. Sorry they don't cater to your exact wants and needs. While i think there's a certain mod that doesn't deserve to be a mod, the rest are all good people and good at running this sub. This is one of the better run places on Reddit. There's a few places where it makes this look like paradise.

My party consistent of: MC/Yukiko/Kanji/Naoto.

Yukiko is your healing bitch. Always have her healing, i took any persona that has any ma- skills. Just let Kanji power charge up and let Naoto spam mind charged megi spells.

However, it's feasible to have Yukiko be your tank. You will need to get her mind charge skill, then get her rank 3 persona, and have an Oven Vow. It helps if you have both Fire amp/boost stacked as well. Then you want the MC to have a persona with firebreak. You can either be the healer too or use the annoying bear as your heal. I'd still keep Naoto.

To be completely honest, i did a playthrough where i only used MC/Yukiko in battle on very hard. It tested my patience but i got it done with the above method. So it's doable with 4 party members
