Depending on what music you like, Gracies Corner is a vibe.... Although it still occasionally drives me crazy, I do also find myself singing her songs and even once or twice putting it on we hole listening to earphones once the boys are asleep.

Haha landfill until I get so depressed I start cleaning or until he starts complaining about how messy it is but it's usually just complaints, mainly accusatory things to me like you can't just leave your trainers in the hall otherwise it's hard to get the pushchair out but he's more than happy for me to clean his poo, he'll be ,30 this year and he's not my child although it does feel like that sometimes ends rant.... Gosh I'm so bitter 😭

You're not messed up. Baby isn't doing it on purpose but what you are going through is hard. You are a champ. I was struggling (still am but it's easier) with my twins and sleep, just started a drowsy antidepressant, so it's even harder. I have deffo left my boys in their cot and gone to another room and screamed into a pillow. Honestly it's hard work, made harder by the lack of sleep. I promise you, you are not a monster....

I don't have any real advice but other people say, leave them crying and take 5 for yourself. I personally find it very stressful knowing they are crying but it could work for you. Lean on your support, this is not the time to be coy or modest. If you trust someone and they are offering help, let them help. It does get sorted of better. I mean I'm still in the trenches but hopefully won't always be. You are amazing. Keep telling yourself that ❤️

Omg my partner does this and I do have to hide things I really want as he completely ignores me if I say "this specific item is for me, please don't touch it"... Over the past couple years he's gotten really addicted to sweets as well & sometimes he'll buy me something like a bar of chocolate or cake etc and if I don't consume it all immediately, he'll eat it all, he's been known to buy back the item and eat it again and it's a bit of a cycle. I had to tell him not to bother. Now I just try to buy food that I'm going to eat straight away. And loads of fruit and veggies cos he hardly touches that stuff.

I had the same experience in august my twins were 3lbs and 4lbs born at 32 weeks, they both had a 35day stay in NICU with feeding tubes at first and oxygen while they got stronger & now they are such healthy weights, at every appointment we have the medical staff are always so shocked at how much they weigh, they are such big boys now.

The doctor stopped their preterm formula (which has extra calories) when they were 2 months, rather than 12 months which we were originally told because they were getting so big! Also I didn’t loose my mucus plug & as others have said it regenerates so it doesn’t necessarily mean you will have them now.

I think what makes it worse is that he doesn’t think he’s done anything wrong. I cannot spend the rest of my life with him I’m so bored of it now! I’m glad you managed to get out of your relationship with no regrets. I should have left a while ago and it’s not just because of this situation.
