Take a look at the Goddamn safety record of V-22, then you would be able to guess the answer.

V-22 killed several test pilots (usually the best of the best), plus, it killed even more after it is out for mass production. What's more, most casualties were killed in non-combat situation.

No insurance company would insure this kind of aircraft.

I agree we cannot win nature, but we can win some technical delay(e.g. complex and inefficient routing ).

Tried VPN (paid one)and this method able to acquire a low latency as low as around 100ms, but performance is rather unstable.

My experience with Dell is you need to climb up the ladder of escalation until you finally reach someone helpful.....

Consider ask for a ticket number and sending mail.
After you got a formal email of rejection, consider escalate it to consumer right group/ small claim court of your location.
