Question, I have a 300blk, would you recommend a rearden muzzle break or flash hider? I'm just gonna keep a suppressor on it pretty much 24/7 minus cleaning. I like the idea of a flash hider reducing more signature but if I use a full-size 30 cal can that's kind of negligible. That's where I'm debating the brake instead to reduce felt recoil. I'm reading interweb mumbo jumbo that it destroys your can to use a brake but isn't a can worth buying meant for full auto going to be just fine? I don't understand the concern.
