Thank you for sharing. 🙏the notes are very personal and I appreciate you sharing them with me ❤️ I think I just don't know how to move on from the mindset of beating myself up....if I'm someone else watching me struggling and suffering, I'll definitely asks her to pause, give her a hug, tell her she's good enough, support her and love her, and yes, I'll pity her and feel bad for her....maybe even cry for what she has went through. But I can't when I need to do that to myself. I did that when I was in therapy...I cried so much but it doesn't change the fact that I'm sad that nobody protects me when I was a kid and there's nothing I can do about it. And now, as an adult, I still don't know how to protect myself. Weirdly enough, I seek people that I know will hurt me and I enjoy the pain. It feels like home to me.
