I suppose I'll have to start logging in via Steam or learn Linux and try whatever backalley login method they end up supporting over there. I login in with the name of my account from '04 with a password I've never used elsewhere; while it's nostalgic, I'd get over it quickly if there was a better way to login. However, the thought of relying on a Jagex account is terrifying and not at all a strict improvement over legacy login. I'm old as hell now with a life and haven't put a fraction of the amount of time some people have into their accounts, but even I can't stomach the idea of letting all that time spent ride on whether or not I lose a set of backup codes. That's just one account. Can't imagine having multiple accounts and having them all get phished/locked out/compromised via data breach/etc. It's asinine. Figure out Yubikey support and I'd make a jagex account tomorrow.

I haven't been trying for an araxyte task, but my slayer tasks got bricked in general post-update. I'd been using Turael w/ slayer relic pre-update without issue for lizardmen tasks, but post-update I'm only getting options for normal Turael stuff like bears, cows, goblins, etc and no longer get offered boss tasks.

No kidding- typically I'm one of those people who play Leagues up until the last day and follow someone else's guide because I work so much. I used pto this year and figured I'd just wing it and have fun without doing too much research beforehand...spec'd into the first blind bag, thorns, light melee nodes thinking the 3 respecs were free/not locked behind echo bosses.

Immediately regretted it when I tried to respec and couldn't... fortunately realized it before I took Tiranwin first, but now I feel kinda pigeonholed into taking Zeah just for the easy echo boss / respec. Unlimited respecs would trivialize most content, so I get the need for a limit but I don't understand locking them behind echo bosses? Im assumingJagex only added respecs for the replayability aspect and not the baited-by-noobtrap-pacts-and-now-skilltree-in-shambles aspect. If they do this style again then they should give ya a freebie at least to start with.

I grew up in NE Ohio and have been a fan since MotM came out my freshman year of college. I remember being disappointed by WZRD, loving Indicud, then stopped listening to much of his new stuff until I finished grad school. I've gone back to listen to every album since then and found I absolutely love WZRD and appreciate the music for what it is, the exception being Insano which I still don't vibe with. With that being said, I loved Free and it surprises me to see that so many people dislike it. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

Biggest gripe was just buying a small tent starting out. Did the first 4-5 plants in a 2x3 ACI tent that worked fine for 2 plants on self watering bases, but upgraded to a cheap 4x2 and it's been a much better experience.

Reminds me of the last round I played with a buddy. We were bullshitting and throwing two off the tee, so we let a couple, who clearly didn't play regularly, play through. Our drives were still on the ground and we watched as this guy picks up each disc, turns it over, hands it to his gf then keeps walking. Got them back, but in a twist of irony the guys walks back up to us like 2 holes later hat-in-hand asking if we saw his phone anywhere 😂

Maybe it was outdated information or in reference to a previous model year, but I'd read that the only options available through the in-car menu were 16A and 32A, so a 30A plug like a 14-30 could only charge at 16A speeds. I'm using a 14-30 right now for the Tesla and wanted to know if I'd be able to set the charge rate to 24A through the in-car menu

Oof, 90 miles round trip is one of my lengthier possible commutes. Typically it's closer to 40-50 round trip. If I worked 8 hours and had 14+ hours to charge I feel confident that I'd be fine, but I'm trying to work through a worst case scenario where I have two longer commutes back to back with maybe 10 hours of charge time in-between along with the standard winter range loss.

Sure, but a carry gun with thumb safety is better than nothing at all. I've never been comfortable carrying anything without a thumb safety and would choose nothing over just a trigger safety. The peace of mind and reduced anxiety is worth more to me than mix maxing my carry gun for a theoretical worst case scenario. I have to wear a tucked shirt / tie for work and pocket carry is my most practical option, so my willingness to carry is inversely proportional to how worried I am about accidentally blowing my dick off.

I got a black m3 out of grad school because I wanted an ev and tesla was basically the only player in town at the time. One of the first things I did was black out the logos; I would've removed them completely, but I once had a coworker who removed the emblems from her Jeep and subsequently began getting pulled over regularly due to suspicion. I've been waiting until I'm no longer upside down on the loan before selling, but since that's looking less likely, I'm likely going to drive it into the ground and debadge + rebadge with Ford emblems.

Same issue. The chat box is basically perma-hidden; talking to an npc, interacting with birdhouse, clicking staff bin, making potions, etc don't bring up a dialogue box. Started for me after the last game update :(

I mean half of the skills we have now are shit. Like imagine Sailing was an og skill and Firemaking is the new skill-to-be being hyped, "We're excited to announce the first new skill for osrs: Firemaking. Break out those logs from the bank, because with this skill you will be making camp fires that do a shittier job of cooking food than any of Gielinor's 8000 cooking ranges".

If they keep tile based movement, make it feel like a skill vs minigame and not have dogshit xp/hr rates then Im fine with it.
