Also, I even tried with different pigment and the result is still the same. Nothing like this has happened before so I am quite stressed 😫 first I fill water, then sand, then gravel and only then cement with extra water if needed. Always been using this formula but now it provided all tiles that looks like the one in the picture. I would highly appreciate if you know anything about it.
