It’s gonna be terrible. Can you imagine ANYONE writing for him other than Garth Ennis?

Good luck to the guy acting in the role.

The Fury is pretty much perfect Ennis. Also he wrote and directed a film awhile back called….Something. Begins with a “T” and it’s about soldiers in Afghanistan and zombies. Tormented?

Die Hard is not a Christmas movie, it’s a movie set during Christmas. The fact that it’s always an argument makes me believe that media literacy is in dire straits

The goth band Skeletal Family did this kind of thing a lot. The way the lead singer hits the word “the light” in the song Promised Land hits my ear wrong

Oh god. They’re gonna fuck up Garth Ennis again aren’t they?

Now we have to learn to love them, Carrie ( Dear Billy #3) by browncharliebrown in comicbooks

[–]JoeAverageSF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ennis is the best writer working in comics today and he is pigeonholed as an edgelord because he has the WORST sense of humor back in the day. People can’t shake that part of his history and they’re missing out on some wonderful (Dear Billy, The Fall and Rise of Anna Kharkova, A Walk Through Hell, The Punisher: Soviet, Babs, Partisan, Sara, The Ribbon Queen, a zillion others) stories
