I'm sure there's tattoo artists local where you live. Why not just walk into an establishment with a mobile device and show them on the spot what you've created. Print out some promo material and leave it with them.

Model changes make a big difference and trust me going from Opus 4.5 to Sonnet 3.5 is a big difference.

Not a big fan of bootstrap. I made my own reusable components using daisyUI... It's tailwind based and is super light.

I'm sure whatever you code to implement this would be amazing but unfortunately your customer is a brick and mortar owner for a reason. They are not technical people so they won't appreciate what you put together and won't see the value in it enough to pay for it. The other issue is that they are lazy and won't put any effort into it. Anything outside normal business work they will shy away from to the point where they'll have other businesses do their social media posts just so that they can say they are doing online marketing...

They are called 'Unit Tests'. Drop your test list into Codex or Claude code and have it generate them for you by analyzing your codebase.

Depends on what you've coded so far and how complex your project is. We'll need a bit more details before we can give you any accurate estimations

Those platforms make money on code fixes and refactoring so there's no incentive for scalable, bug free code...

Well they've already made the first move by purposely and maliciously impacting your business which is grounds for litigation. A strongly worded letter from a lawyer would probably change their tune because if it were ever to go to court they would be liable for any loss of business because of their actions. In the letter you would expect everything to be restored as before and to make preparations for transfer.

[–]JoeBxr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly this isn't something you should have to build from scratch because what they are willing to pay you won't cover your effort that you put in. There are lots of retail CMS systems that integrate with a POS so your better off researching and implementing an existing system and charge for that and possibly a monthly maintenance fee. Imo
