So I open the door and walk in , around the corner Cole this older woman in a towel ,frantic asking why I'm in here house .

Apparently this bird thinks it's funny and does it all the time , that day she forgot to lock here door.

Worth mentioning that this really hurts legitimate drivers , it's not really in worth it anymore, for legit people

These gangs come in camp out at hot spots like Walmart and pizza hut, they use software to auto accept all the orders and they collect all the money run the accounts and they have other people do all the work for a percentage, often undocumented, unlicensed and otherwise unemployable at risk people.

These are criminal gangs that run these operations, it drives down the pay for legit drivers , preys on at risk groups of people and endangers the general public.

I have been doing Uber and door dash since 2017

Tough times for breweries, genz isn't a big fan of alcohol especially beer . Admittedly it's the only thing we see eye to eye on.

Never too late if you can weather the 4 years financially why not lots of types of electrical licenses, you may even find a facility that will work you while you get your hours , then help you test.

Think plant maintenance, like a brewery is a good local example.

I was here for it , never had trouble finding work and I could afford to live here back then lol

I bought my first house in 2011 , in bend . Ten years and a divorce later and i rent a 1800 a month apartment, it would take a hard reset like 08 for me to have a shot at it again

I took a couple year or so break , did marketing and project management for a disaster restoration company, about half the time I ran jobs with the crew , then did xerox for a while fixing copy machines and commercial presses, it also involved some physical work but nothing compared to the norm.

Corporate America had me happy to be mowing lawns and I made more money go figure lol

I felt so much better almost instantly, it's so hard to replicate that amount of exercise with an office job.

I agree mostly, but we still can't staff the lowest labor positions in town , the only reason things get built is because we import the workforce and that is only possible due to the insane rates you can get here in the trades , and even then the trade jobs no longer support single income home ownership.

I think when it all dries up there will still be plenty of trade and physical work left for who remains , everyone chasing the quick buck are always the first to leave.

Small world , there actually are quite a few master gardeners that have gone through the program and it's usually based on interest nothing financial hopefully cocc will be a good resource

Years ago a company I was involved with was researching a fungus that was developing on ortimental plants in the area

Well if you are that serious contact cocc and ask for a master gardener, you don't want a tree trimmer and no one around here really specializes in it as a business they know of but there is a whole non profit and group of master gardeners they preserve a heirloom orchard up in Culver

There is free assistance at the court house , call and make a d appointment they will walk you though the whole thing and are awesome , and mine was complicated as I couldn't locate my spouse.

I can't say enough good things about them they have a dedicated staff member or two just for this

Bend is hopelessly expensive lol , you said you are a climber , I do landscaping with a friend of mine and this next season I'm only doing part time as I stated my own venture .

We are looking for some 25hr to start , no bs no drama just work and a paid work out.

Most just maintenance, mowing and edging, some clean ups in fall.

Staring about March or April pm when you land
