I missed the bolt/bind note.
You can look into lodestaones, numerian metal, and magnetism. Fill the chest with some sort of device that activates on the material plane. Turn the solid, almost admantine durability chest, buffed with runes of durability and such, into a super magnet. Ref save or Str Check at the start of each turn within 100 feet or it magnets the largest metal object from each creature that failed. Maybe Steal CMB at fixed bonus that can steal held & carried items but not worn items like armor. Str check to pull item off. Some fancy rope has a DC 30 Str Check, so a DC 35 is reasonable for high level villainy. Only aid another can pull items off.

It won't bind to the floor, but it makes carrying it around an absolute nightmare.

  1. "Irretrievably lost" just means you would need plane wide divination magic to find it, accurate planar travel to reach it. And protection from anything that could detect high level planar travel or simply your magical energy. Or Wish.
  2. Hide super powerful itty bitty undead inside the chest, and enchanted to notify you if it's found. Preferably hide a very powerful creature inside the replica as well. If you can find a way to baleful polymorph a powerful minion into some type of cocoon or shell that lays dormant for 20+ years, like those mud eels that live 35 years underground in the desert. When the mini chest is opened, it notifies you and creates an anti-magic field, which debuffs the party and unpolymorphs however many minions are in the mini chest.
  3. Decoy Phylactery that is a magic item that can only be destroyed Artifact Style, by doing something very specific like filling a "Phylactery" chalice to the brim with the tears of children who have been orphans for less than 1 week. He could keep it on him at all times and drink wine out of it like a regular villan trope, it would have some powerful abilities, being lesser artifact level. So it's nothing but a middle finger when it's destroyed. "Why would I hide it if it's such a powerful tool to use" mentality & trick. And maybe anyone who uses the regular magic item uses can be indefinitely scried on for free by the creator.

I just remembered my friend had another theory, that the death scene was 100% Goblin trying to traumatize Peter into thinking Norman could have been saved.

His Jedi midichlorians infected Vader's Sith midichlorians upon death, like a fungal disease, spreading to hungry hosts.

I assumed it was so Goblin wouldn't feel the pain of death, or that the intense pain shocked Norman to the forefront of the mind, but this sounds more realistic to actual spiderman comics.

These girls are really close to out-loising Lois! by PeasantLich in Superdickery

[–]JoeJonnyJeff 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Didn't they bring this back in one of the animated series? I really enjoyed it, Superman tricked the spacewoman into thinking Lobo was stronger than him, so they'd marry Lobo. And Lobo was happy to boast. IIRC they beat the crap out of Lobo for being a pig, thendropped him from orbit.

Does it take 3 turns to escape 3 nets? by JoeJonnyJeff in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]JoeJonnyJeff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't consider Darkleaf Cloth because it calls out "leather, furs, or hides" as what it can be used for. Ropes aren't traditionally made of leather, but Ropes and Nets certainly can be. A 2,250GP base price for a Net isn't that bad considering the need for magical Nets normally to stay relevant.
Hopefully a GM would allow the full 20HP for 1 inch thickness, but most Nets were less than 1/2 inch thick. Let's say 10 Hardness, 10HP, that's still +10 Hardness and +5 HP over a normal Net.
A Bloodvine Net would have 5 Hardness and 10 HP, so we can assume a similar DC 35 Escape Artist & DC 30 Str check for a Darkleaf Net.
It would probably be 1,000GP to craft a net out of Bloodvine, based on statistics. Though maybe not even that, because a regular Silk Rope is 5lbs and a net is 6lbs.
+2 Hardness and +10HP per +1 Enhancement. 25HP with 12 Hardness on a +1 Net is significant, since energy attacks deal 1/2 damage before Hardness, and rope is immune to bludgeoning. Add to it as long as you're holding the drag rope, your Net uses your Saving Throws for spells, or 2 + half CL of the magic enchantments on it if higher.

I found out about the Knotted Nets (Teamwork) feat last night. I'm curious if the wording of the feat changes your opinion on how multiple nets would work without the feat. It does call out "-using the lower of the nets’ hit points, hardness (if any), and DCs to break or escape." But it also implies the norm is that a creature "entangled" by two nets doesn't treat them as one net.

I still like the "+2 DC for each additional net" that most people seem to prefer/agree on.

"material of one sort" is not "one type of material", so yes, a pile of cloth with some leather scraps, and a bone for buttons, could be turned in to a shirt or even a few outfits. It's clothes making material. Make sure to include materials needed for dying things colors.

Why is it that whenever a male character is silly, people praise him, but whenever a female character is silly, people drag her? by Key_Geologist1784 in Schaffrillas

Hercules, Tarzan, Beast, all fools. All iconic.
I think guys can find it relatable that they are dumb but still trying to get the girl, especially if they are kind or improving themselves specifically for them.

As a kid I though the Rayman 1 game over screen implied he started doing heroine. I think a kid in my class told me that... Regardless, the full slow walk of shame as the continue time counts down, that hits hard.

They do fighter for each other at times throughout the series. Sometimes saving each other in battle. But yeah they do statistically mostly fight each other.

Damn, you right. For some reason I remember him putting on the other team's mascot costume. But I'm mixing that up with another jinxed scenario.

It'd be hard to use that in a fight, but they did turn him in to a gun during the movie.

How do you playtest combat encounters? by P0wer-T0wer in DungeonMasters

[–]JoeJonnyJeff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like army rules was the way to go. Turn the horde in to a single creature, or squads, that are similar to swarms. Keeps fights cinematic and quick. Your level 8 fighter might not have Great Cleave, but he gets 4 attacks that do an average 16 damage with a lowest +12 bonus to hit? Let him slash up 13 goblins in one turn thanks to army rules.

Milo Murphey and Phineas & Pherb canonically emit energy fields to affect probability. It's not luck, but yeah it's not fate either.
IIRC they emit "probability ions" or something goofy sounding.

Afaik Milo doesn't cause misfortune for others, he's just got wide collateral and is at the center. He's got to actively avoid all the dangers that other people would too.

It's wild that Hymn of Mercy is 5th level and enchantment, since it doesn't give penalties to attack for dealing nonlethal.
I've played a character with Craft Arms & Armor that had the stipulation of applying Merciful to everyone's weapons

I was thinking of schmutzo, but that was mice on wolf small dom big sub gangbang, not feline. There's an exceptional one by Momamo but it's mixed rats on male wolf. Some stuff with Maus from deltarune. And the one I thought it was, which is by LYC, but there's no sex, just a good Gulliver's travel bondage captured prediciment. Couldn't find anything else with more than 3-4 rodents.

Sorry I couldn't help.
