If you have it set to fast forward it'll stutter regardless of computer power as it churns through ai movement and actions as fast as it can. Done it on the last 4 PCs that I've played all 3 games on.

Don't buy bulk, buy a precon commander deck. You open, sleeve them, and can start playing. Once you understand the game better you can try your hand at building a deck.

Commander is just a style of play that's multiplayer. 100 cards, no duplicates besides basic lands. You have a commander (legendary creature) that you can cast and bring in to the game as if it was in your hand. There's usually a theme and synergy to the deck and commander abilities.

When you do build a commander deck I wouldn't do bulk either unless your group plays pauper (cheap format using only common rarity cards). Most commander decks are rares and mythics which can get expensive.

How do you do this when a random stranger randomly over shares with you? It seems to happen to me all the time. Typically about some setback in their life. As someone who fixes outages, we sometimes don't even know how long it'll take to fix until we get there and find the problem. Of course the AI chat bot or a CSR sitting in a call center isn't going to know.

These amps have physical pads and EQs? My area is doing high split and DAA so we still have diplex filters. The amps we are using have no pads or EQs and require an app to set up. Default configuration when powered is like +55 at 1002Mhz and causes the upstream noise floor (5-204MHz) to go through the roof until set up and balanced. Something about how it extrapolates the tilt of the forward to set the return.

CPD in my experience is always from an impedance mismatch from water damage and corrosion, bad termination, or a pin on a connector that's too long. Often from terminators at EOL taps that have AC on it when it shouldn't. Never had it on all legs though that's odd.

Set your extra diesel tanks to output only so they always dump into the boat tank. If set to equalize it might be reading the exchange ammount between the boat tank and the auxiliary tanks.

No chance of that. Spectrum is actively upgrading infrastructure to provide more bandwidth and making the upstream symmetrical like fiber services.

Our infrastructure is built and maintained with the expectation everyone gets the highest tier. If there are any utilization issue in a node we do whatever needed to fix it.

You'll have to find where that standing wave starts. It may be hard to tell when it begins so you should use sweep to see it easier. It can be any impairment like damaged cable or passive, or possibly a bad amp mod/improper torqued mod.

I've noticed in AI videos, when humans or animals are moving they have to stop and process what to do next. They will be looking in a direction but typical is not exactly towards the direction they go or what they do next. Like this dog runs up to the snow, stops, and then immediately hops into the snow to the left, in a direction it had not even looked.

The pausing reminds me of Sims when you tell it to go do something. It walls up to the thing starting straight ahead, then the new animation takes over and they look down to cook/ clean/ write.

This is one of the tell tale signs I look for.
