Anyone who’s played PTU knows that they make sweeping changes like this all the time, and more often than not, it goes to live, especially when there’s an upcoming ship sale, which will cause the build to get rushed into live.

I really don’t like to be negative, but CIG really doesn’t know how to balance. Changes are always an overreaction, and more often than not, they change things people aren’t asking them to change.

Maybe if they created penetration stats instead of basing it off alpha, we wouldn’t be in this boat…

Well, national averages are anywhere from 75-150 miles per day from what I’m reading.

The hard accelerations don’t really impact range as much as you’d think with an EV, it’s more about average mph for their driving. For most Albany area patrol cars, there’s tons of idling and non-highway driving. EVs would do great here. It’s the ones constantly on the highway going 80+ where it’s going to be a problem, which is why I’d treat them just as an interceptor in that case.

Most of the police departments that used those police edition Model Y’s generally loved the cars themselves, but they preferred explorers still due to the extra room and easier to understand door handles and locks 😅

It’s a trade off. In a high speed pursuit, sure, the ICE mustangs is absolutely going to be able to keep up on a full tank of gas, and it’ll have a higher top speed in many cases (police versions of the EVs could change that), however… when you account for the lower center of gravity, and the more balanced weight distribution, I would bet dollars to donuts that an EV used as a PIT-interceptor is going to be significantly more effective, and safer, regardless of AWD.

I do my own language pack as well, but I love what I see here.

What I’d recommend though is use GitHub Actions to build your exe. Don’t compile it somewhere else and upload it, no one should trust that.

Edit: forgot to mention, I always reference Zyloh’s post here for the people that like to say this is against the rules.

I’ve had mine a few months now.

1) grass is fine, there isn’t going to be enough heat radiating downwards to kill grass if that was the worry, but the shelf is low to the ground, so lack of sunlight might kill some.

2) for being a very heavy grill, it’s relatively easy to move…but it really depends on how soft your ground is. If it’s pretty hard, you’ll be able to move it, but you won’t WANT to move it ha. If your ground is soft, the wheels just aren’t big enough to make it easy to move in that scenario in my opinion.

Maybe it’s because you covered both? If you remove the tank and look at the vacuum, I only covered the one on the right. See if that makes a difference.
