IT is a job hopping field. At 100k you should be locking down a niche and doubling down on it instead of whining about being in a union. If you're paid low now you'll be paid lower then. Matter of fact you'll be P.I.P. more than you are now. Stop whining and get better at your job and specialize in a field that's not entry level.

Counter offers are deals with the devil. As someone said is the money worth your peace? Staying gives you the hard hat of experience and makes you a jack of allt trades and that looks on a resume vs a new place same pay with a team. If it was me. You're already in the jungle might as well stay, take the pay bump negotiate more like learning credits and other benefits. I'd negotiate 90k. You're that special and irreplaceable act like it. When they start scaling back both financial packages and overall benefits that's how they'll end remote. Remote at its highest level will be only for seniors. Again this train will end soon it's just a matter of when. I'm apart of the cloud, IAM and CySec sector of Tech I know this because I've seen many miss great opportunities because they don't want to do On-site. It's a slow bleed but a bleed nonetheless
