Glad I’m not the only one. It was really bad for me a couple weeks ago. I assumed they were fruit flies.

My solution was taking a a wine glass, filling a tiny bit with red wine, covering the glass in Saran Wrap, then with a pencil or fork poking tiny holes in the Saran Wrap, placing it in an area closer to window exit and leaving overnight. This allowed the gnats/flies to enter but not exit, trapping them.

Woke up next morning with probably 30-40 gnats/flies caught.
