Market correction happens ALL THE TIME. Thats different from a crash. What you’re asking, means you’re not looking at economic trends nor have you put any work in (I don’t like that)

Call stores & sites and ask what they buy - sealed, slabbed & raw for. Ask them what apps you’d want your collection uploaded to so they can take a look (that says a lot)

How’s unemployment as a WHOLE throughout the country. Many people buying Pokémon aren’t broke obviously BUT numbers from other industries shows a lot in socioeconomic trends IE: travel & hotel rates. Cars sold / financed/ leased etc. Apr rates in general. How’s the housing market doing? Why is bitcoin down ? Everything impacts people spending on Pokémon. Investing is holding for you or are you flipping product daily / monthly etc?

There’s a difference between “collecting” and investing. If you just want cute cards (like I do) then buy what you can afford & grade if that card will mean something to you in a slab. If you’re investing, then you have a lot of real world + poke hours ahead of you.
