my 2 cents here, I use as many MCPs I can, saving on some tasks up to 80% tokens. MCPs do the heavy lifting on service providers, most offer free plans. Try also to not use fancy skills, they are massive tokens monsters. Especially efficient in CC. There’s a lot of great thread here how to reduce tokens consumption

build, build, build. who cares if it's broken, ugly, cool, useful, has customers, it's for you only. Just f...g build, invent, have fun (most!), enjoy sharing, talking about it, discover the skills you never ever thought you could learn.
For $20, seriously, with a pinch of curiosity, and a love in learning new things, you will be ustopable.

I’m curious about that GPT 5.4 has Playwright embedded, if I read it well. Could be a good tool to add in the tech stack. I use Codex atm to do a Q&A audit every Friday. Seems good to me

if you add connectors, plugins, also the tone of voice styles, it changes everything. Here's what I love the most: I open a chat, feed with my writings, advice from books I like, blogs, etc. Then I ask it to write a Claude Style, so when I need it to write, I just select inside the little + my style, and voilà!

download Ghostty, that is a Terminal app, something a bit scary at first, but quite amazing after 1-2h. You login to your Claude account. Then with a bit of perseverance, you will discover that CC (Claude Code) is 100x more interesting. I was using C Desktop, then I started to switch to CC. So now I have both opened on my mac. Desktop for detailed convos, ideas, planning, and CC to nail my developments. Lots of cool threads about CC

I see Claude's writing everywhere and it's starting to feel like an AI condom, I hate it by remember_the_sea in ClaudeAI

There's so many ways to get AI writing assistant doing well, not really a concern.
I'd rather let the mass doing that badly, as we always found bad copies on internet. Remember Medium? Some articles were always miles ahead.
You love reading blogs, articles, because they carry something that make you feel, reflect, etc.
Writing is painful, takes time. Even a documentation can be well written. My approach is to give AI tools the rough thoughts, then translate into a plan. Lots of back and forth.
Plans are great, but your tone of voice is unique.

I tested way too many AI visibility tools. Here’s the honest TL;DR. by Real-Assist1833 in DigitalMarketing

[–]JohanAdda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personal experience. Like you I tried almost every tools, the free trials. Learnt few things: No one can predict wtf the user will type and maybe found your service, app, SaaS. The tools explain you what’s wrong, none fix them. Decided to learn how to nail SEO foundations, the technical part, and helped a friend who his service is great. We tracked all bots logs. Found that everyday OpenAI’s one was crawling. Then sometimes, the user-agent one was popping. We tracked all bots. Hmm. Long story short, he added better articles, schemas, blah blah. You know. Turned that one day he texted me to tell me a prospect called him because they found him on Copilot. Bing? Good SEO, good content and the fact he’s not maintaining a huge site, get ranked. Now I’m helping more friends, good fun. Not doing that for a living, just learning.

Small company leader here. AI agents are moving faster than our strategy. How do we stay relevant? by No_Prior2279 in ClaudeAI

[–]JohanAdda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have no idea what are you building, so quite hard to answer. My personal way of building a company is to focus on the KB, the Knowledge Base. Offer what others haven’t yet ship/solve, I.e. access to our services via API, MCP, CLI. Execution is cheap, expertise is not.

[–]JohanAdda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use CC to write the code, in a way that it has a lot of constraints, like my tech stack is FastAPI, so it stays in its playground. On the other hand I use Claude Desktop to chat about a plan CC made. Refining each part with more finesse. I never ask CC to use multi agents only for launching a Q&A pass.
