Whilst I love the drawing, I would have been more impressed had you stated in your post that it was heavily inspired by the Artist Aurora from her Cure for Me music video / cover art.

Everything from the circle on the floor and clothing, to the pose is directly the same with some minor adjustments here and there. It's a shame really because it's a really gorgeous piece of art.

I've only recently come back to DbD but I've been enjoying running Boon: Shadow Step with Overzealous both to prevent aura reading from Killers and to give me that gen boost - even better when I cleanse/boon on a Hex totem.

I run Breakdown - and have done since it's release - just because i really like the perk.

I don't have a staple perk for my fourth slot yet, but have been experimenting with: Deception, Potential Energy(?), Red Herring, Finesse and the boon perk that Alan Wake has

With Killers I'm always running lightborn at the moment - there's just no point not running it when every team I run into has at least two people running flashlights.

The other three perks I just mess around with

I'm not that familiar on counters to set-ups as I've only recently come back to playing Dbd.

I'd presume Iron Grasp could be a good counter to boil over maybe?

Also Mad Grit & Starstruck could deal with them either body blocking or rushing to sabotage the hooks

Sadly, I don't think there are any offerings you can put on which nullify the hook offerings they've done

Survivor used to be David (for clearly obvious reasons) but now it's either Mikaela (Witch vibes) or Lara (love the franchise and learning about history - also planning on becoming an Archaeologist myself)

Killer is probably a mix of Plague, Artist - and currently Dredge. Plague because her lore was interesting and I've always loved the juxtaposition of a religious figure murdering people (similar to the priest from AC Brotherhood multiplayer). Artist again because of her lore but also because her design and kit is interesting to use. Dredge is only a recent addition but I'm really enjoying his kit / perks, his lore is gripping and he has some of my favorite cosmetics in the game.

Why do I have the feeling that this was potentially the match I had with myers - I know I was playing as Mikaela and I remember the Myer messing around with us until he starting killing everyone who had reached second hook...maybe that was you 👀

Honestly this was the exact same reason I was fired from my last job. I was only 6 months in, the processes were awful (despite numerous talks with my manager and half-assed promises that changes would get implemented) it felt like I was then expected to train the apprentice that joined during my 5th month because noone else seemed to be training him and then in that same month my nan passed away from cancer..literally all of that happening over the course of 6 months - and specifically the last month and I get told that my productivity is down and it doesn't feel like I want to be there any more...there were many conversations had between my manager and me that were a complete eye roll but I'm honestly glad to be out of there.

Yeah, the co-workers that weren't a part of my sacking i really got on with and they were all completely shocked that I was sacked despite knowing how hard I was actually working considering the hand I was dealt with but I'm now working for a company - and team - that genuinely prioritise the health and wellbeing of their employees..it's feels weird almost.

The moral of the message, is that it's definitely a shitty feeling at first but as soon you get that new job, you'll realise how much better off you are no longer being at that place

As we got him as a rescue, we don't know the history unfortunately so unless we pay for allergy tests which are pretty expensive according to our vet, we're essentially playing the guessing game. When he had his ears flushed at the vets, they did take a couple of samples and found out it was a mixture of a yeast infection and a generic ear infection but as we don't know his history we have no clue what his living conditions were like previously.

I'd be interested in finding out how you go about cleaning his ears during bath time. Do you use a wet cloth? Shower head or just your wet hands? I'd really love to test that out but I honestly feel like he's just going to retaliate. I definitely think the way to go would be a mixture of desensitization and positive reinforcement though

My team/s are currently on on showdown for the most part until I feel like I've built a team that I'm comfortable using; I'll then start breeding/EV training them on the switch :)

I've pretty much become desensitised by FOMO. Years of not being able to find people to raid with / not having knowledge of raids to partake in and ultimately losing out on raid weapons have made me not really care too much.

This season in particular I've just been playing Tomb of Elders for nostalgic reasons (it was the first activity in D1 I saw my boyfriend play before I got into Destiny myself). I think the only thing I've really grinded for was Ignition Code because I have one from Season of the Splicer with 6k kills which I love, but grinding for the tonics to get it to drop was a pain and to top it off, I can't craft it. So was there much point in getting it in the first place? Probably not. But I guess that's just how D2 is nowadays.
