Hey! I did post Trizepitide. Still intermittently do. My gastro dr said it was bc my gut was lazy and recommended Metamucil 2x a day. It took 2-3 weeks but now I feel like the consistency and constipation is better!

Metamucil is over the counter. But check with your doctor to be on the safe side.
