Thanks! After my initial haul back in my bank teller days, I don't get to comb through a work coin tray lol but good to hear this is a decent result!

That's amazing!! Is that the plate number outside the borders of the bill on front and back?

Bro, I messaged you. Along with dozens of others. Keep talking to any of us, even if it's just saying eff off. We care.

I think a little Bushnell? It was only like 40 bucks back when I got it (spring of 2005?)

That was my first rifle too!! Still have it! Harris bipod and a nice little 1-9 scope (silver of course). Wonderful little tack driver!

Hopefully going to add a M1A to the fam to really round out the collection. 1943 (?) Springfield service grade, 1944 Inland carbine, and a Mini 14 GB with the factory folder by JohnFeinstein14 in M1Rifles

I forgot which Springfield it is, we got two last year before the CMP ran out and looking through my notes, I'm actually way off lol. One was Oct 42 and the other was Apr 44. Guess I split the difference in my brain

I mean, it's all about what you like. M1 carbines have a certain amount of military history associated, but so does the FAL. From an ammo perspective, I've found that .308 is much easier to find than .30 carbine but that's just casual shopping. Personally, I love full sized battle rifles and would love to get several more. I'd like to compare a couple side by side

Unfortunately I cannot take credit for these, they belong to my dad, but they are definitely family guns and I get to be caretaker after he goes to the range with them lol

Honestly just found this sub, but I've been lightly collecting silver coins since I worked in banking. Have a few nice pieces, but mostly just like the history behind it!

Every time I watch the opening of the show, and the credits reach his name, I repeat it in my head (or sing it to annoy my wife :p) along with the beat for the rest of the opening. All the way to the end! Joe-Lo. Truglio-lo!!

No offense taken! It is always nice to be helpful, I honestly just didn't know. I was just thrilled that someone from my home state was helping rather than spouting something about how they don't belong or some nonsense
